Your photos show that the nipple positions can be aesthetically improved with additional lifting. It would be appropriate to discuss your options with your surgeon.
I agree, I think you would benefit from a another breast lift/reduction . . . Make sure and REDUCE the breast as this will be the most durable best shape with proportion. I would not hesitate to proceed. Thank you for the inquiry1
Nipple and breast tissue sagging are among the most common complications following breast lift surgery. In your case, there appears to be a Grade 1 ptosis, along with insufficient upper pole and cleavage fullness.A secondary procedure using the Push-up Lift technique would be a strong option to address all of these concerns effectively.
Dear sherry546,breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
An in person consultation is necessary for a proper assessment as from the front, it appear you do still have some breast ptosis but from the side view there appears to be minimal. If needed, you can safely have another breast lift. You want to wait months in between surgeries.
Your breasts are quite large and wider than the chest wall. At this time, I recommend a repeat lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. The areolas can be reduced to the size you desire. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
I can’t tell what type of lift you had but it clearly didn’t lift your breasts enough. You might discuss a revision with your surgeon or get other opinions
It appears your breasts sit low on your chest wall. A revision to your lift can help raise the nipple position and improve shape. You can consider a small reduction if interested to help with contour as well. I've included a video on this that I hope you find helpful.
Yes, the nipples could be raised some, but your breast bases sit a little low on your chest and you will never have high breasts.
A crescent lift or peri-areolar lift is a worthless procedure and will do nothing except leave unsightly scars. You need a proper breast reduction to get a durable, proportionate breast shape that you are looking for. Of course, you are young and need to consider breast feeding and nipple...
Yes you are definitely very suitable for revision breast uplift surgery. For patients who find themselves dissatisfied with a breast uplift surgery, a breast lift revision may be an extremely effective solution. A revision procedure corrects the unexpected issues that happen after your first...
