I had an breast lift with an areola reduction in 2012. I since had another baby but even before that I wasn’t happy about the size and felt they were too large. Can I get better results if I do it again?

The best option would be a procedure under local anesthesia called an areola reduction. You can discuss to what degree you would like to reduce the size with your surgeon during a consultation.

Breasts come in all shapes and sizes, as do the areola. If you would like yours smaller and more in proportion with the rest of the breast you can have them reduced. The incision will be around the areola and will address the herniated or "puffy" appearance as well.
