I have seen the videos and read about this place and the kind of “faster, better, less invasive, less trauma, so forth”. But is t that good? Is the equipment superior to other traditional/regular lipo equipment? Are the claims true? (all bodies are different and results may very). And most important, the surgeons that practice there, do deliver the same as if they were in there private offices? (Some seems to have their private offices and work for this Elite too).
Answer: Elite Body Sculpting & Liposuction Candidate--VASER HI DEF 4D Liposculpture, ThermiRF, fat grafting For best results with fat removal and body shaping, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: The most important factor is the doctor when it comes to liposuctions. Don't go to a lipo mill where you don't meet the doc during the consultation and you are just a number rather than the doc's focus. The doctor's experience and technique is so critical to your results. Make sure you have a good relationship with your doc since you will be needing all your questions answered and he/she will be seeing you a lot and should be there for you during your followup visits. The gold standard in lipo is your doc does your lipo under tumescent local and uses the smaller cannulas. Avoid general anesthesia at all costs!!! No board certification is more important in liposuction than being a board certified Dermatologic Surgeon. That specialty invented the tumescent liposuction and has advanced lipo more than any other group. Regular board cert. plastic surgeons can also do a decent job of lipo but why risk it if you have a choice.

Answer: How to choose a surgeon Thanks for your question. First it is important that you meet with the surgeon at your consultation for a thorough medical and physical evaluation along with evaluating your goals and desires to ensure the outcome matches that. Secondly, choose a surgeon who specializes in your procedure. For instance 90% of my cases are liposuction, I published 2 textbooks and the safety guidelines on the procedure. Also branded terms are not scientific and are nothing more than branded terms. Corporate medicine may have its place but remember if the Surgeon's name is not on the wall they may not be there to follow you up

Answer: Liposuction Be careful of claims you see on the internet! You can't really prove a claim unless it's been scientifically studied. I see plastic surgeons often claiming they perform "scarless" surgery (which is impossible). Instead of seeing someone who makes the best claims, you're always better off choosing the surgeon who has experience. Many of the doctors at places like Elite Body Sculpture are not trained in the crafts of plastic and cosmetic surgery, but are instead general surgeons who learned how to perform these procedures. For you I'd recommend meeting with some plastic surgeons in your area to get more information on liposuction. Best,~Dr. Sieber
