During the recovery my mom is coming into town to visit me. I have exactly 30 days off for recovery. I know that sitting is not a option for 3-4 weeks, if not a bit longer but during week 2 would I be able to hang out with my family? Go to the mall? Out to dinner? (I won't sit on my butt) Walk around the casino a little bit while my mom plays slot machines? Haha...Go shopping?

Answer: How much activity is safe after a Brazilian Butt Lift? Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I recommend my patients to allow 2-4 weeks for recovery, and to wait at least 7-10 days before going back to work, but each doctor has their own protocol. I also recommend not to sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours, for the first 2 weeks, and always with the help of a boppy pillow. It is very important that you talk to him and follow his instructions. Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)
