How much activity is safe after a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Post-operative instructions will vary from
surgeon to surgeon.  It is best to direct
this question to your plastic surgeon and be sure to follow his or her
instructions carefully.  I have my BBL
patients stay home for the 1st week limiting their activities to relaxing,
watching tv and reading. You should avoid applying any direct pressure to the
buttock area for 2 weeks which includes sitting.  Standing and walking are fine.  By the third week you should be able to
return to normal activities but still avoiding strenuous activities such as work outs for 1 month.

In my experience all my patients start sitting on thir buttocks one week after thier butt augmentation. Druing this week they siteon their butt only temporaril and from the thired week on, there are no restrictions. You can be very active from the third week and do anything that you want to do including going into pool, etc.

To answer your question, you can do certainly do light activity after a fat transfer to the buttock as long as you avoid direct sitting. Walking is great and promotes circulation which prevents blood clots from forming in your legs.
