After getting the BBL do you absolutely need a boppy pillow?

I agree with Dr. Shureih.  Follow your surgeon's advice to achieve the best results possible in his or her hands. I personally do not use a boppy pillow for my patients but I recommend what's right for my patients based on my experience and techniques.Earl Stephenson Jr. MD DDS FACS

Thank you for your question, after your procedure you won't be able to sit for a couple of weeks, the boppy pillow will allow you to sit for small periods of time without compromising your results. By sitting on this pillow you are not sitting on a flat or hard surface which would kill the recently grafted fat cells and create dents or unevenness.Most plastic surgeons recommend you purchase a boppy pillow for you to take care of your results, both you an your surgeon want you to achieve the most positive outcome after a procedure.

Thank you for your question.Not all the doctors recommend it but for the first two weeks it would be necessary to keep the weight of the buttock. The boppy pillow is the only good shape pillow for after surgery.

I usually have patients lie on their stomach after Bbl for about two weeks, and then they can pretty much lie as they want.

After Brazilian Butt Lift, and to that fact after any surgery you should follow the surgeon's post operative instruction to decrease the risks of complications and get the best results possible. Postoperative care following the BBL varies from between surgeons. I recommend that my patients try to minimize pressure applied to the buttocks for 2 weeks. I recommend using a doughnut but  you can use what your surgeon suggests. Good luck!
