Are drains needed for a Fat Transfer to the buttocks and Liposuction. Are there alternate procedures that do not require drains?

Thank you for your question.  Usually after liposuction and fat transfer, drains are not needed.  Some surgeons may have slightly different approaches and may use drains, but this is not too common.
