I had saline over the sub glandular over filled too 1000cc. I am 7 weeks post op. I'm afraid I have capsular contraction (Photo)

The massages are the way to help prevent or correct early capsular contracture.  The risk of capsules is higher with over the muscle.  Make that appointment to see if you do have capsules.  Keep up the massage.

They look to big. Zafilukurst may help orally. Ultrasound and massage may help. Smaller implants would probably look better and be less problematic.

I would be more suspicious that a 1000cc overfilled saline implant is the cause of your firm Breast. Might not be a cc at all. I would visit a board certified plastic surgeon because this question cannot be answered without examining your breasts. 

I am sorry to hear about concerns you have; you are correct in that in-person evaluation by well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons will be key when it comes to making a diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Frankly, I do have significant experience with breast implants of 1000 cc or greater;  I think that placing this volume of breast implants for patients with your “starting point” can be very problematic, in many different ways. I would suggest that you be very careful with your decision-making when it comes to additional surgery;  again, I have seen many problems arise…Best wishes.
