What is the best implant for someone with thin skin and very little breast tissue?

Depending on how much coverage you have, it may be impossible to prevent rippling, regardless of the implants you choose.

Every implant can show rippling in thin patients, even the form-stable "gummy bear" styles that are quite firm. Here are a few general things to consider: 1. Under muscle better than over, but the muscle only covers the top not the outside or lower area. 2. High profile implants tend to show what are called traction ripples more than low or moderate profile. 3. Some types of Sientra implants have a higher fill percentage which may resist rippling (not sure if this is the type you have.) 4. Internal support and coverage may be needed, using something like Strattice or SERI silk scaffold.
