What is the best implant for someone with thin skin and very little breast tissue?

I did a revision from saline hp to sientra round hp 355 cc implants 10 days ago. I was hoping switching to silicone would get rid of the rippling I had in my right breast cleavage area however now I have and feel more ripplin in other areas. What is the best imolant for someone with very little breast tissue? Would natrelle 410s be better for me?

Depending on how much coverage you have, it may be impossible to prevent rippling, regardless of the implants you choose.

Thank you for your question.  Typically the silicone implants are better than the saline to reduce rippling however this doens't mean it will eliminate it completely.  When you don't have a lot of breast tissue of your own to begin and have thin tissue this does increase your chances of seeing rippling with the implants. Without an in-person examination I wouldn't be able to tell you exactly if anything can be done to correct the rippling. Every implant can show rippling in thin patients, even the form-stable "gummy bear" styles that are quite firm. Here are a few general things to consider: 1. Under muscle better than over, but the muscle only covers the top not the outside or lower area. 2. High profile implants tend to show what are called traction ripples more than low or moderate profile. 3. Some types of Sientra implants have a higher fill percentage which may resist rippling (not sure if this is the type you have.) 4. Internal support and coverage may be needed, using something like Strattice or SERI silk scaffold.
