These scars can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, Cosmelan, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thanks for your question and posting pictures.  The dark spot look like you have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).  It looks like you also have some underlying scarring that would also be helped.After a personal consultation, we would probably recommend the PicoSure Laser with the FOCUS Lens for pigment and texture correction.  PicoSure is safe for all skin types.  Depending on the severity of the pigment and stretch marks, it will probably take 4 to 6 treatments.  Best of luck.
