Answer: Crater scar on nose ? Crater scar on nose ? This should be totally excised and the edges brought together in a fine line. You may need to have the nasal tip cartilage refined to have more skin available. See an experienced surgeon for this.

Answer: CO2 laser and some filler to sill in the indent Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started. Answer: Subcision Can Elevate & Smooth Indented Traumatic Nasal Scars First, it must be emphasized that there is currently no procedure or device available that can totally erase any scar from any cause, including trauma, once it has fully matured (is beyond three months old). Fortunately, however, subcision, which is a quick, simple and relatively inexpensive technique that engenders little to no downtime can work well for elevating and smoothing depressed (indented, atrophic) scars. Requiring only a little local anesthesia, subcision works by breaking up the downwardly pulling, tethering fibers of scar collagen that are responsible for the indentation, which in turn stimulates new, native collagen and elastic fiber synthesis. I would be reluctant to recommend excision of the scar, since the nose is under particular tension, and this may result in a stretch scar. Best to see a board certified aesthetic physician. Best of luck.
