Claritin D and Singulair before Rhinoplasty?

My rhinoplasty is scheduled in approx 1.5 weeks. Of course my allergies would start acting up right now. Is it safe to take Claritin D or Singulair this close to surgery? I have also been doing a nasal rinse.
