Strange side profile, how could this be corrected? (photos)

photograph, you may benefit from a nasal tip deprojection to make your nose shorter and a dorsal hump reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

Thank you for your question.  A standard open rhinoplasty with reduction of the nasal dorsum and pump elevation of your nasal tip with a strut cartilage graft can correct things which bother you.  Insist on seeing an excellent board certified plastic surgeon who has experienced doing rhinoplasty.

From your photos, it is appears you may have a small amount of dorsal hump and potentially some overprotection of the tip causing the appearance you are describing.  However, the photos are very limited and shot from an angle that is difficult to evaluate. These concerns would be addressed via a surgical rhinoplasty. I would recommend consulting with a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty and can examine your nose, take photographs, and provide morphed images for what rhinoplasty can provide.
