I had a rhinoplasty, with an slight alar base reduction about two months ago, so of course I've started picking my nose and stuff. The other day I noticed that it appears I strecthed out a nostril since there's a slit and i also have a noticeable suture there there's falling apart. I know this sounds confusing tbh - but it appears I've opened up the nostril, will this grow back?
