Accidentally stretched out nostril, help

I understand your concerns, but without any pictures, its hard to know exactly what is happening.  To be honest, I would contact your operating surgeon and let them know what has happened as they would best be able to guide you from here.  Best of luck!

Sorry to hear this happened! What you are describing sounds like the incision from the alar base reduction may have opened.  If this is the case, it may need to be revised.  This is something that can often be done in the office with a small amount of local anesthesia.
I would recommend contacting your surgeon and scheduling an appointment to be seen.

Please post a photo. It's possible that you may need revisional surgery. If the incision has opened, this should be seen by your surgeon.
