Can I still get rhinoplasty wurgery while having a cold?

hi, I'm planning to travell from europe to california to do a rhinoplasty along with some other procidures. Since the flight is going to be over 15 hours and we're now heading towards autumn and winter were it very cold in my area and the risk of getting a cold is high. I wonder if surgery still can be made as planned or if it's best to have it cancelled if I catch a cold on the flight.
