Approximately 20 years ago primary rhinoplasty to fix deviated septum, and reduce bridge of nose. I have strange irregularities on my dorsum, and breathing problems. Septum is still crooked. I have waited so long due to some fear, and financial stressors. Am I too old now. Going to be 70 soon.
