My skin makes it so that one of my eyes is tapered and the other one’s inner corner is completely covered and is a monolid. What procedure do I need to get the fixed?

You would be a candidate for fat grafting and/or lower lid blepharoplasty. Prior to any lower lid surgery you would need all the filler dissolved in your tear trough and anterior/medial cheek in order to determine the best course of action.

There are surgical techniques to improve the medial canthal folds. However, these are technically challenging surgeries and often have significant scarring if not performed properly. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area to discuss. My personal opinion judging from your photos would be to...

It is possible to lower the upper eyelid crease. This can also be done on the side with the ptosis surgery but most eyelid surgeons do not understand the mechanics of this. A physicial examination is needed to determine what resources you have for this type of work. Also such an examination may...

Yes - we could likely move some fat around through the inside of your eyelids. Or, can add some fat or filler to help with those depressions. You have several options.
