Simple answer is Yes, but the surgery needs to be thoroughly evaluated by your plastic surgeon. A medical evaluation is imperative to make sure that you are a candidate for the lengthy procedures. An abdominoplasty/"tummy tuck" includes excision of the excess skin from the belly button to the pubic area. The resultant scar is within the bikini line. Also, the rectus muscle/fascia is tightened from the breastbone to the pubic area. Also, the oblique muscles/fascia can be tightened. This will tighten the anterior abdominal wall. A minimal amount of "love handle" can be treated with this procedure plus SAL (suction assisted liposculpture) can treat this problem. However, if there is a lot of fat in the "love handle", then I would do the SAL in the prone (face down) position and perform an abdominoplasty/ventral hernia. I use drains postop to remove the normal fluid buildup.Lastly, the gynecomastia can be performed following the abdominal/flank surgery. The degree of gynecomastia needs to be thoroughly evaluated so that the type of incision can be planned.Again, get your medical evaluation and good luck with your procedures.
Certainly combining these surgeries would be safe for most patients. The surgery would of course be done under general anaesthetic in an accredited hospital where you can stay for a couple of nights to recover afterwards. Most patients prefer combined procedures to allow just one recovery period, which is very reasonable where time away from work and other duties is not always easy or straight forward!
