Will laughing decrease the duration that the treatment lasts ? Do I need to watch out before smiling and do I need to avoid it for a few days after filler ?

Generally speaking, fillers do not have any side effects when combined with an MRI. The fillers may be seen on your MRI scan. I always recommend an at-home dermarolling (see link below) to my patients to keep overall skin texture healthy and a youthful look combined with filler. Best, Dr. Emer

The lip filler bumps do tend to improve with some massage. However, the eyelid filler looks overdone and I would consider dissolving this filler. Tear trough filler is a difficult area to fill and should be done by an expert.
