Thank you for your photo and question. Based on your image and your age, I might suggest starting out with some well-placed injectable dermal filler. These products work in the underlying dermal structure to provide support and add volume and sculpting to key areas of the face. While this isn't surgery, it does require a great deal of precision, skill and artistry to produce a natural result. Make sure you work with an experienced, qualified injector to ensure an optimal outcome.
Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
I don’t believe that there are any issues with your face and your beautiful. But since you’re asking the question what can be done just slightly improve the Contour of the face, I can only recommend one thing. That thing is creating more of a fullness in the anterior cheek creating more projection in the apple of the cheeks. This should be and can be done with fat grafting which will produce natural and permanent results. It will create better proportions and get rid of what appears to be a lower eyelid bags making them completely disappear. It will also get rid of slight flatness in the cheek area which most likely was inherited from your father. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

These are not anticipated results one month after treatment. Though they will improve over time it may be best to dissolve especially the under eye filler. Be sure to seek treatment from an experienced injector as it looks from the photos that the filler was not placed correctly.
The topical treatment should not impact the results of your fillers. It's always best to check with your injector about all medications you use.
