Will columelloplasty alone rectify my hanging columella? (photo)

Question

I had couple of rhinoplasties about a decade and a half ago. I'm pretty satisfied with what my nose looks in general. But the only concerning part is hanging columella. Will columelloplasty alone be enough to resolve my issue? As I don't want to go for a full fledge rhinoplasty again

In my opinion, you most certainly require a tip rhinoplasty.

A columellaplasty may make things better but also may distort your nostril shape and position.

The "curative" procedure is a tip-plasty because the position of your tip cartilage lateral crura are pushing your columella down. Restoring normal tip anatomy will cure the hanging columella.

You need revision columellaplasty tipplasty and caudal septal excision. It will be better under general anaesthesia.

More pictures and a full evaluation/consultation would be required to know for sure.  Changes at only parts of the nose can be done and I recommend you work with a Board Certified Surgeon that does many revision rhinoplasties.
