Hello. I am 38 years old and am ready to take the leap for augmenting my lips. I want a permanent solution and believe Permalip 5mm is a good option for me (my lips aren’t thin and they are symmetrical). The pictures are not the most claer, but I believe ther Fordyce spots, you can treat the with exfoliants, laser, etc, but the results are not always the best, i consider you should have an ultrasound to check them
