What's the best non-surgical fat reduction treatment for the arms?

we use a combination of "fire and ice" in our practice --- coolsculpting and vanquish.  We also like thermiRF.  However, there is no substitute for VASER HI DEF arm contouring or skin removal/arm lifting if needed.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Depending on the pocket of fat Coolsculpting is a fantastic approach to non-invasive fat reduction. This approach targets stubborn pockets of fat by freezing them this method is called Cryolipolysis. There is no downtime and results can be seen as soon at 6 weeks. 

It's interesting that you have been told that lipo is tricky on the arms, since we do lipo on the arms all the time without any issues.
However, the method that has been around longest and was the first to be FDA approved for noninvasive fat reduction is Velashape.  We have had great results with this and it also tends to be much less expensive than other fat-reduction methods. It also does skin tightening which many other methods do not do.
