Can you get paradoxical adipose hyperplasia on your inner thighs?

I have seen many questions asked on PAH on their abdomen but is there a chance for females to get them on their inner thighs?

Some patients have a decent amount of improvement with freezing fat but some others either get minimal improvement or even more fat development in the treated area. This is why if there is excess fat not improving with diet and exercise the only real answer is a well performed liposuction.

Freezing the fat has been such a disappointment for so many patients and can result in areas getting larger and firmer after it is done. You almost always have to go the the real liposuction to get the areas down anyway.

Yes, you can get excessive fat on your inner thighs from nonsurgical treatments like Cool Sculpting for fat. It is best treated with liposuction to remove the excess fat.

Coolsculpting of the inner thighs can can result in paradoxical adipose hyperplasia. The cure for this is VASER liposuction which will remove even stubborn fat.
