Hello, I had a Benelli lift with implants 10 years ago and got them replaced for smaller ones. Also had a full lift and a capsulectomy on the left breast because of a small capsular contracture. However, I noticed that my breasts were bottoming out in just one month. I then had a capsulorraphy 6 months later but my breasts bottomed out again. Based on my photos, can you tell if my surgeon overdissected the pockets? Did he lift my areolas too high or lower the inframammary folds too low? Thanks.

I would suggest placing your implants behind the muscle and lifting the breasts. Be careful that you do not choose a large implant for this will just sag down due to the weight.
A general rule is that a 75 cc difference between sides is noticeable. The other factors that will affect how noticeable the difference is are the change in projection and fullness. Increasing the projection (low, moderate, full, extra full), rather than the base diameter of the implant will...
Yes. Replacing implants again is an option. To improve the upper pole fullness you could consider a hybrid procedure to selectively build contour in this area. A hybrid procedure combines an implant with fat transfer for a customized result.
