Most women have asymmetry. Sometimes it will be fixed by using two different sizes, and sometimes it can't. You could have more volume on the right, but it just could be that the right side settled more quickly and completely than the left. I encourage patients to wait at least 6-12 months to make sure it doesn't resolve on its own and also to make sure that it's not a case of capsular contracture on either side (which would be considered if it gets higher than it is now). If it's just the size, then it's a quick surgery to swap out one implant for a different size. Overall, your surgeon is your best resource. Best wishes.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You are not "botched" but you do have one implant that is sitting somewhat lower than the other. for now, I would wear an underwired bra. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
