Age 45 - 55 5' 2" & 160# Bra 36D Goals: Breasts lifted with a slight reduction in nipple size. Added small implants after talking to surgeon for upper pole volume/36DD Result: 36DD that don't look perky + MUCH larger nipples and no upper pole volume Doctor: "implants are exactly where they're supposed to be" and " nipples will stretch with implants" Wishlist: Breasts lifted, implants (with mesh?), smaller nipple, upper pole volume. Is this possible?

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Your nipples are a bit low and large. Overall however it’s a fine result.  I would not recommend another operation at this point. It’s possible you will need another procedure at some time for some reason. I would wait for now.

I would suggest placing your implants behind the muscle and lifting the breasts. Be careful that you do not choose a large implant for this will just sag down due to the weight.
