Could I get implants again after explanting? What size/profile? 13 BWD (Photo)

I've had 2 BAs. First one with 245 cc and revision to 380 cc. The first ones were nice but I still didn't love them so i did the revision. They were way too large for my frame. I fully removed my implants 2.5 months ago but I miss having boobs. I think the problem wasn't the size but the placement because I always felt like they were too low which i mistake by size. Could I get implants again? and if so, is there a way for them to sit higher on my chest and look better on me? More upper pole.
