I had silicone breast implants (450cc UHP) with permanent internal sutures (underneath and laterally) about 8 years ago. I naturally had zero tissue. Just in the past 2 years I started noticing one of my breasts having a weird shape from the side. Both breasts have it but one more than the other. I've noticed the indent is right where my breasts deform when activating the muscle. But it's still visible even at rest. What can I do to fix it?

I would suggest going with something smaller and relifting your breasts. With smaller implants, your implants will settle down more a be in a better place.
