How can I get rid of redness on recipient area?

It will be 3 months soon since my fue and my recipient area is still a little red. It's not bright but it's definitely visible. Especially since I shave my head pretty close. So my question here is ; Are there creams that could help make the redness disappear for good? (I had a bad reaction for a couple months on my donor area with about 20 little pimples but it's now gone...)

If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "redness" you should contact your doctor.  Redness may be a sign of infection or skin irritation.

It is not uncommon to have redness in the recipient area for 3-6 months.This redness is usually due to increased blood flow(hypervascularity) and usually resolves on its own.If it persists longer than this Mirvaso may be helpful-this is a topical medication used to treat rosacea.You also want to make sure the redness is not due to infection in which case you may need an antibiotic.I would recommend following up with your surgeon.

The redness remains just after surgery and it is "normal" to stay 14 days or more. That pinkish redness/discoloration may fade away in a long time up to 3-4 months . İt depends on your skin color/fitzpatrick classification (Lighter the color of your skin , more reddish discoloration on skin after surgery). I recommend you to use nothing for that temporary situation.

When you have persistent redness in the recipient area you should go back and ask your doctor to treat it
