It may take 8-12 months before seeing the final results of your hair transplant surgery. If you are concerned with the density and shape, follow up with your surgeon for an exam.

You are still in the very early stages. You will experience most of the regrowth 7-10 months after your procedure. At the end of year 1 you should see approximately 80% of what to expect. At 18 months you will see your full results.

I the first three month the transplanted grafts are producing new hair but those can be seen after the third month.They will come out of the skin slowly.This is why we always mention that 10-12 month is needed to see the final result.

At this time your grafts are just starting to grow.  It is much too early to draw conclusions on what your long-term growth or final results will be.  Give it a good 8-12 months, then go see your surgeon to review photos and discuss your results. 

At about this time or a month or two early or later, the new hair starts growing and continues at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month
