I unknowingly scratched my transplanted area on 29th day post operation and i had seen 2-3 very tiny blood spots and some hair shafts came out from that part but didn't see anything like a graft. Those tiny blood spots also healed completely within 2 days.

If you are concerned please follow up with your doctor for an exam.
You will have hair loss after surgery. Not all the grafts will take. You won't really know until you see results in 6 to 12 months.

At 29 days after your procedure I would not be concerned about damaging the grafts. Usually at 14 days after your procedure you are in the safe zone as the grafts are secured.I hope this answers your questions.

A month after hair transplantation you are no more likely to have damaged grafts than native hair follicles.  I would not be concerned.

Scratching a single time at the 29th day should not be a problem even if some bleeding shows up as the grafts are by now firmly secure
