Can FFA or LPP cause cyst-like bumps on the scalp within the first inch and a half or so of the hairline?

Recently some persistent cyst-like bumps have been developing on my scalp within the front hairline as well as above and around my ears near the hairline. I do not have acne prone skin. Could these bumps be from FFA or LPP activity? What do you recommend to treat these bumps? Thank you.

It does not sound like Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA) or Lichen Planopilaris (LPP) which present wth more diffuse skin involvement and rapid hair loss.  Cyst-like formation sounds more bacterial in origin, such as folliculitis.  I would find a local dermatologist who has experience with diagnosing and treating both skin conditions and hair loss.
