Will blowing my nose cause new grafts to pop out?

Hello everyone, this may seem like a stupid question but can you push new grafts out of you blow your nose? 8 days post up and I get a pretty bad cold and I'm trying everything I can to not strain. Thank you guys for your time and input

You cannot push new grafts out by blowing your nose. If you are concerned, please follow up with your doctor for an exam.

No, it is safe to blow your nose.  You may even sneeze, yell, curse, and binge on Netflix.  There are ew things you shouldn't be doing right now.  Kickboxing is one of those things.  As is rock climbing.  Your doctor may have a list of things to avoid.  The main thing is to avoid contact with the grafted site.

Blowing nose, sneezing or yelling is not going to be bad for the surgery and it is completely fine to have a blowing nose. You should avoid the games which requires more physical strength and produce and force or pressure i.e. weight lifting, boxing.

Blowing of your nose will not produce any force , pressure  or destructive, displacing  effect on your implanted hair on your scalp .
