How do I achieve these hips? (Photo)

I'm not sure why I find this look appealing, but I do. I'm not sure if its just extra fat that creates a love handle look or what. I've always been on the skinny side and I'm just wondering how to acheive these hips? Do I work out?... I still have pretty wide hips, I just have a hard time keeping and putting on weight. I am 5'3 , 112-118 pounds most of the time. How do I gain weight if this is the only option? any advice is appreciated!

Antiinflammatories, venus legacy or exilis treatments and 5fu/steroid injections can be tried but ultimately you likely will need to see an oculoplastic surgeon for removal. Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your post. Instead of adding volume to your underdeveloped right side, you might consider liposuction of the left side of the chest to give you a better match. I have a feeling you might like that improvement in contour more than adding fatty tissue to your chest. The opposite may...
