Would you recommend fillers, fibroblast or surgery for under-eye bags?

Under eye bags can be permanently corrected with surgery or temporarily camouflaged with fillers.There are great non-surgical options to fill in under eye depressions and hollowness. Using dermal fillers, a liquid eyelift can be performed. A dermal filler such as Restylane would be placed in the cheek and tear trough to hide the depression or bag underneath your eye.
Surgery would require a fat-repositioning lower lid blepharoplasty. In this surgical procedure, fat from the eye area is moved into the tear trough depression filling the actual depression. Cost will vary and can be discussed at your consultation.

Thank you for your question! It depends on your normal anatomy and how good do you want it to look. It would help to see a picture of you and to know your age! So it depends on if you want a permanent fix and if you are interested in surgery.  If you truly have under eye bags the only way to permanently get rid of them is to surgically remove them. However, if you are not ready to have surgery, I recommend to have some fillers done to disguise those annoying under eye bags. I hope this helps! Good luck!

A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. Thank you for your question. The best way to treat lower eyelid bags is to surgiaclly treat them by a qualified plastic surgeon. Filling lower eyelids ibly makes them fuller.
