I am 5'4" 145 15%bfp. I nursed my 4 year old for 3 years and my breasts do sag, slightly but was told i dont need a lift. My muscle size/width is 15.5 and I have met with the doctor. BUT- when i informed her i wanted full roundness, i wasnt getting the blunt honest answers i was wanting. I need cut and dry, no room for indecisiveness otherwise i overthink and talk myself out of doing things. I have already paid for this and its supposed to happen in 3 weeks Should I do the 650 or 700cc HP gummy?
Answer: Lift Thank you for your questions and photos! Putting a bigger implant in a breast thats already sagging is a horrible idea. You are definitely a candidate for a breast lift! I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon who will give you direct answers. Best of luck!Dr Dhaval Patel Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Hoffman Estates Oakbrook Orland Park Chicago

Answer: Need lift not just implant You have nursed a 4 year old for 3 years and your breasts sag. From your photograph, your breasts are long vertically. If you undergo implantation with a 650 cc or 700 cc implants, which weigh over 1 ½ lbs, your breasts will hang even lower. I recommend a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: It Makes Almost No Difference Hello,The difference between 650 and 700 is 50 cc, or about 7% of the total volume of 700. This is a meaningless difference. Informing your doctor of your subjective desires (looking 'full and round') will never make the implant selection 'cut and dry', and will always be up to the individual observer whether that was achieved. No surgeon will ever be certain if you are going to be satisfied, even when the implants in question are in the realm of over-sized. If you don't understand this, then you really shouldn't have surgery. Best of luck!

Answer: 650 or 700cc Implant A 50cc difference is not that much when considering an implant in the size range you desire. In fact, I tell patients even if they are 100% decided on the "perfect" implant size for them, I still need about a 10% allowance to ensure the implant fits properly.In-person sizing is great, but it has little to do with how your particular skin and breast tissue will hold the implant, nor does it predict what will be a pretty shape.Use it as a guide and communicate with your surgeon so they can get you the result you desire

Answer: What size of implant? You are only talking about a 7 1/2% difference in volume. You probably wouldn't even know the difference. It is impossible for your Dr. to know exactly what you picture in your head. But going back to what I said before, you probably would not be able to notice any difference, so don't drive yourself too crazy. Have fun with it.
