Should I continue to take my apo-diazepam (Valium) tablets if I'm not in any pain?

I’m 5th day post-ba, 325cc under the muscle, round silicone. Mild Tuberous breast fixed. I don’t have any pain now just tightness in my chest when I wake in morning. Should I continue to take my apo-diazepam (Valium) tablets still though? Will this continue to help the muscle relax in turn increasing sooner “drop & Fluff” happens? Thanks!
