as others have said... best to see your surgeon as your surgeon knows what was done, what issues you may have had as you were healing, and can examine you to determine if there is an obvious rotation. Your photos certainly show asymmetric breasts... but not the issue is determining what is causing that.
If your right breast is firmer, you have capsular contracture. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being checked.

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to tell based on photographs alone. Please see your plastic surgeon for an examination in person to make a proper diagnosis. If you are right implant is soft and freely movable than the implant on the left could have flipped.

If you have a new onset of severe headaches, I would seek medical attention for a work up. It may be new medication you are taking, or a new issue unrelated to the surgery. The implants are unlikely to be the source of the problem, but you need to be seen in person for evaluation.
