I had a rhinoplasty 13 yrs ago and I have chronic rhinitis. The ENT I visited said it’s a deviated septum, enlarged turbinates , missing part of left turbinate(removed in surgery), and the supra alar creases are deep. My question is; Is the turbinate enlargement due to septum deviation? Would a revision to fix the supra alar creases and the septum contribute significantly to breathing better and shrinking the turbinates?risk of peforation? Thnx
