I believe that the issue is that you truly needed a breast lift performed with a smaller implant. I would recommend seeing a highly trained aesthetic plastic surgeon with good training in breast revision surgery.

Thanks for posting your pictures and sorry for the less than optimal outcome. From observing your pictures you appear to have bilateral significant capsule contracture, large areola and droopy nipples.
To correct your condition you will need bilateral capsulotomy (scar release) to allow the implants to settle lower and mini lift procedure (donut) to reduce the size of the areolas and elevate the nipples to a more attractive position.
Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after photos of redo breasts augmentation and mini lift surgery in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with natural look.

Your implants are sitting high and your own implants are sitting a little low. Your implants may be too large for your frame. You can try oral Accolate with external ultrasound treatments to see if the inferior and lateral pockets can be softened and let the implants settle down, or surgery can adjust them. Go back to your surgeon.

Based on the posted photos appears as too large implants used? Best to seek in person examinations and or virtual consults for possible capsule release and downsizing of implants.

Yes this can be fixed. You need capsule work and a repeat lift. You need your implants lowered and the breast tissue that is hanging off the implant to be removed. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon as revision breast surgery is extremely complex. Good luck!
