I had breast augmentation with lift 10/14/22. I am six months out post op and implants are still riding high. Not what I was going for. Not happy with the appearance. Is it able to be corrected?
Answer: Implants Your implants are sitting high and your own implants are sitting a little low. Your implants may be too large for your frame. You can try oral Accolate with external ultrasound treatments to see if the inferior and lateral pockets can be softened and let the implants settle down, or surgery can adjust them. Go back to your surgeon.

Answer: Implants I believe that the issue is that you truly needed a breast lift performed with a smaller implant. I would recommend seeing a highly trained aesthetic plastic surgeon with good training in breast revision surgery.
