Had breast implants take off with lift like 7 yrs ago, result pretty bad, surgeon recommended breast implants so 5 years ago I did but assymetry was really bad, and the nipples look bad, so I went to a different doctor in OKC and without trying sizers or talk about profiles, he say hp520 on left and 545 right, I trust him but now I think my boobs are way too big and not symmetry and worst my breast lift scars looks like a butt I think I have bad luck , am very down

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Sorry to read about your issues and disappointment. Depending on how small you want to go, I would recommend that you down size the implants, remove the lower pole breast tissue as well as undergo a full lift to obtain better symmetry.

Make certain you see a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in breast surgery.

It is very hard to find out what is exactly wrong with your breasts; implants may seem to be too big, there is also asymmetry of areolas and breast shape. It would be best to adress your concerns with a surgeon and to hear what he suggests. Hope this helps.

Your breast implants are too large for your frame and tissue. Large breasts will also make you look more fat. Your first set was a nice size for you. Try micro-needling for the scars.
