Had breast implants take off with lift like 7 yrs ago, result pretty bad, surgeon recommended breast implants so 5 years ago I did but assymetry was really bad, and the nipples look bad, so I went to a different doctor in OKC and without trying sizers or talk about profiles, he say hp520 on left and 545 right, I trust him but now I think my boobs are way too big and not symmetry and worst my breast lift scars looks like a butt I think I have bad luck , am very down

Your capsule has changed the shape of your breasts. If you have saline implants, you may also have a partial deflation. Gel does not deflate. Please be examined by your plastic surgeon.
It appears that your implants are sitting high, but your breast was not lifted high enough to grant you the result you seek. You would need a revision lift
Subfascial will give more support to avoid sagging and more coverage so the "ball" is not seen. However, this is more painful. since your implants are behind the muscle, you still may have some flexing issues even with them in front of the muscle or even out.
