Any ideas? how to fix this skin flap, caused by a former surgeon years ago. Now I've got new implants, and my surgeon tried to sew from inside, but didn't last a week. He used dissolve able sutures. I've already discussed how sad I am about it, but he doesn't seem to be of the opinion, that there is something to do. If he knew, I'm certain that he gladly would help me. My own thoughts are maybe to sew with not dissolve able sutures, or to sew from the outside.

Why would you want to do that to your own breasts? Your tissue will be so stretched and thinned by such mammoth implants that it will not look normal, they will big too heavy for your neck and shoulders, and they will sag or bottom out or both fairly quickly. Please don't ruin your breasts!!!
Your breast implants are too large for your frame and tissue. Large breasts will also make you look more fat. Your first set was a nice size for you. Try micro-needling for the scars.
Your capsule has changed the shape of your breasts. If you have saline implants, you may also have a partial deflation. Gel does not deflate. Please be examined by your plastic surgeon.
