Is there a way to get XL breasts implants in India?

I am planning to get a 1050cc breasts implants soon in India. However, my goal is to reach 1600cc implants size, is it possible to get such a custom made silicone implants in india? Or there is no such provision and i have to go abroad to get it?

Why would you want to do that to your own breasts? Your tissue will be so stretched and thinned by such mammoth implants that it will not look normal, they will big too heavy for your neck and shoulders, and they will sag or bottom out or both fairly quickly. Please don't ruin your breasts!!!
