Want more volume and projection - Should I have got Liposuction in my inner thighs? (photos)

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Thigh liposuction alone is unlikely to give you improvement in the hips/glutes. You can consider harvesting fat from all of the areas you dislike and transferring it to the hips and buttocks for improved volume and projection.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Removing the excess fat in your lateral thighs will help with your shape but does not add volume to your buttocks. However, fat could be transferred there if you wish.

Based upon the very poorly posted photos appears you have very limited donor fat to transfer. I offer Composite BBL for projection and hip dips.
