Should I have revision rhinoplasty? 1 year post-op but it's a little bit crooked (Photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a Revision in order to straighten your nose. There are many different maneuvers that could be performed to help achieve this, including osteotomies, extended spreader grafts, and extended alar contour grafts. Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance. I can see the indentation along your right nasal sidewall.
