Hi I had my nose done a year ago and I've noticed some few issues which I have consulted with my doctor and I got told it’s swelling. However I think I have a scar tissue on my nostril because it’s hard and it’s kind of like a bump? And now I have another issue my nose bridge has a bump now which kind I noticed 2 weeks ago and this is a year post up.
Answer: Small bump on nose Thank you for the question. Sometimes the bone can have a reaction of inflammation while healing and produce a bump. I recommend a gentle massage with your finger a few times a day. This may help.

Answer: Would you consider a permanent non-surgical nose job? Your concern about a firm bump by your nostril is not well seen in the photos. On your profile view, there appears to be a small indentation of your mid bridge. Sometimes small indentations like this can become visible when all swelling has resolved. Our experience, microdroplet silicone 1000 injections maybe considered for filling this small indentation and for providing a more pleasing nasal profile appearance. I hope this helps! Answer: Rhinoplasty The photos really don’t show what you are describing very well at all. It would be interesting to know if you had cartilage grafting done on the tip. If so that could cause a hard bump and removing the graft might be an option for you

If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. The nose is in part made up of bone and part of it is Cartlidge. All people will have a step off sensation where the bone transitions to Cartlidge. I don’t see any obvious defects on your nose, which looks fairly normal and typical.
