Bloody, fleshy pink lump in nostril (Photo)

Question

I’m around 4 months post op. 25 days ago the inside/top of my nose started bleeding and it hasn’t stopped since. It’s not heavy bleeding but it is constant, so every few hours when I go to the mirror there is a ball of blood, sometimes mixed with mucus. Then a few days ago I noticed a painless lump. My surgeon is In Turkey. I asked what it could be and they said it’s normal and not to worry. Can I have a second opinion please? Sorry for the gross pictures

Thank you for the question, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having this difficulty. It looks like there is some sort of inflammation / mild infection present and the incision at that location is not healing effectively. It is difficult to give advice base on photos alone. I recommend you see a physician for an examination to properly diagnose the issue.
