20-year-old female with growth of nose and jaw: you only show a front view. A profile would be more helpful. However if you feel you have a large nose, a rhinoplasty is a routine procedure to refine the size and shape of the nose which is extremely common in your age group. The jaw is difficult to assess in just the front view. Nasolabial folds are generally filled with various kinds of fillers. You might be too young for that. If you have had any unusual bony growth in the past year or two you should perhaps ask your doctor about checking your growth hormone levels. I doubt this is an issue with you, but overactivity of the pituitary gland can cause excessive secretion of growth hormone and cause bony developmental growth beyond the age when this usually ceases.
