I had a follow up appointment yesterday and asked my doctor about these two lumps on my stomach . I was thinking they were fluid or scar tissue but he thinks they might be fat he didn’t remove but feel something hard when I push down far on them? What could this be? Plus I’m overall so much bigger than I was 1st week post op! This far shouldn’t I be done swelling? I wore compression and I am massaging as of last week. And nothing is getting better?

Thank you for asking about your pre-jowls.You have a beautiful face and normal anatomy -You have a natural and normal transition from the thinner tissue over the front of the jaw bone and the thicker tissue at the sides.If you don't like this transition, you can have filler to smooth it out....

You can certainly perform liposuction of your areas under a local anesthetic and it can be performed safely but it will not be comfortable and it will take a very long time and you might even have to urinate at some point during the case. I would suggest a general anesthetic where you will...
