Based upon your photos, you exhibit normal and youthful facial features. The pre-jowl sulcus (valley) is a function of descent of the middle third volume over adherent zones of the face. At your age, there is little likelihood of descent or jowl development so as to accentuate a pre-jowl ridge.If you are unhappy with the transition from one area to the other, this can be addressed via injectable fillers.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
